The essential oil of chamomile relaxes the body and soothes muscles, and for this reason, it can be a great aid in treating tension headaches. It can also help treat anxiety and insomnia, which are common causes of headaches. It works for me!

The base of our 3oz (85g) #shavenaked bath bomb is made with: sodium bicarbonate, citric acid, corn starch, baking soda, coconut oil and kaolin clay. They are scented with either essential or fragrance oils (as noted above)
