We offer flat rate shipping on our products as found in our check out. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100 (Before Taxes). There are limitations with shipment sizes, and if you need special assistance we ask that you please contact us by email for support info@my5enses.com

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you have an issue with a product and wish to return it, we ask that you contact us info@my5enses.com for a return goods number. once the goods are received they will be assessed in our lab for the explained issue and if found to be defective will be replaced.

A Note before considering a claim. Products that have melted are not considered defective, this is a condition that does and will occur as the products are not made with preservatives to counter the effects of heat. We recommend that products not be kept in rooms above 68-72 Degree Fahrenheit (typical room temperature) or be placed near heat sources, such as radiators, heat vents, etc. and do not leave them in the sun, as prolonged exposure may melt the product as well.
